Steamed Brownies

To create a simple steamed brownies is not difficult, even if you have not experienced in making a cake. Ingredients needed are not hard to find. Ingredients :

  • 75 gr Wheat flour
  • 225 gr sugar
  • 7 grains of yolk
  • 5 grains of egg white
  • 60 gr Chocolate powder
  • 80 gr Margarine
  • 50 gr Dark cooking chocolate
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 50 gr Sprinkle chocolate or to taste
Directions :

  • Melt the margarine until it melts and then turn off the flame. Then pour the dark cooking chocolate chopped into liquid margarine, stirring until melted.
  • Beat eggs were mixed with the granulated sugar until puffed and then add the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder with sifted so that no further clumping and stir until the dough is all mixed.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture and the melted margarine into the dough was then mix well.
  • Next batter was poured already blended into loaf pan size 24 x 10 x 7 cm or other forms that have been smeared according to taste oil as its base and provided with plastic
  • Steam the batter in the pan that has been preheated steam for 15 minutes.
  • Give sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top and then steamed again until cooked.
  • Once cooked remove from pan let cool and then steamed and served.
